I create a safe space for healing. I use techniques such as mindfulness, grounding, meditation, deep breathing and a variety of additional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques to empower my clients to accomplish their mental wellness goals. I specialize in providing trauma informed care.
