I am a trauma informed therapist, licensed in Illinois, Arizona, and Nevada. I have experience with a wide variety of populations from survivors of sexual abuse and domestic violence to the those struggling with substance use disorders and severe mental health conditions. I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I am also certified to provide Structured Psychotherapy for Adolescents with Chronic Stress (SPARCS). I have over ten years of experience facilitating individual, group and family sessions. I create a safe space for healing.

Whether providing therapy online or in an in person client facing session, my goal is to help my clients manage difficult life circumstances that may arise or to cope with mental health conditions that may have already been present or are emerging.
