Feeling stuck? Stagnant? Unequipped? Let’s work it out together! My name is LaTia Onu. I am a therapist with lived and professional experience helping individuals work through their circumstances. My goal is to listen, collaborate with you to find a clear path forward, and offer support on your journey. Who better to help on this journey than someone whose been knocked down by life and had to get up several times? Allow me to be an ear, an advocate, an ally, and a resource.
I am a Chicago native, two-time graduate of Georgia State University, mother of 4 children, and a wife. I have been afforded the opportunity to work in human services assisting individuals and families. Additionally, I have done work within the DEI arena in child welfare. The work I choose to commit my time and energy to involves peace and wellbeing for you.
Allow me to help you reach a place where you can catch your breath and be well.
