I strongly believe in a wholistic approach to Mental health. I encourage physical exercise, nutrition and sprituality in dealing with the emotional issues.
Journaling is another useful tool, i support, for reviewing thoughts, feelings and events in between therapy sessions.
Regular breathing and meditation exercises are encouraged, to maintain positive energy.
