I work with individuals, couples, and teens dealing with a wide range of life- challenging stressors. I offer support to any individual experiencing anxiety, work stress, depression, family concerns, grief, trauma, women's issues, behavioral challenges, and interpersonal conflict. I also offer Christian counseling with over 10 years of experience.
