I help neurodiverse/expansive Black women and other marginalized populations unmask, and heal from difficult social and sensory experiences. I offer a sacred talk space for you to explore yourself, and EMDR to help you heal through trauma and distressing situations faster, so you can show up as your authentic self in life.
