Hello, my name is Latasha and I’m here to be a part of your mental health journey. Reaching out for help can be a difficult first step. My therapeutic style is established in the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Talk Therapy & Solution-Focused Therapy. I have a social work background in working with families and individuals in a hospital setting which facilitates my understanding of supporting individuals within systems. I speak Hindi & English.
I come from an immigrant family background, first generation/female to go to college & high school. I understand the stress, burden, and culture change that comes when migrating to a different country.
