I've learned to accept some things & change others by understanding that life is what I CHOOSE IT TO BE! My current goal is to help you diminish suicidal thoughts, express yourself more effectively, and manage your moods. I want you to be "ok" and even better than ok!
I'm Tasha. I started this psychological journey as a poverty stricken youth and former homeless mother of 2. Since, I've earned a Master's degree and became, as I like to say, a new kind of therapist! I now have 9+ years of professional experience and a lifetime of personal experience!
So, we have some work to do! If you're willing to learn, I will teach you how to manage your mental health and thrive! We must first get you to love yourself, trust yourself, and see yourself "as is" in order to change and manage your anxiety/depression, decrease obsessive and compulsive behaviors, reduce dissociation, and build healthy relationships.
