I have been working with families, adolescents and adults in the clinical and community setting since 2002. My therapeutic approach and training is aligned but not limited to EMDR, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused and Brainspotting. I treat children, teens, & adults struggling with coping skills , grief, trauma, & depression.
