My private practice is open Tuesday through Saturday weekly excluding major holidays. Appointments are based on availability. I am in the North Dallas area. I offer in person and virtual sessions. I believe therapy should be a collaborative effort between the therapist and the client. My approach is to work with clients on the areas needed to focus on healing, personal growth and moving past stagnation of life obstacles. I take an eclectic approach when working with a client. I have assisted clients, with struggles ranging from ADHD, life transitions, and anxiety, depression, abuse, daily stressors, and a variety of mood disorders. I have years of experience working with domestic violence and family violence victims.

I’m compassionate and direct, while helping clients find healing and new ways of coping. I provide guidance on peace, balance and prosperity.
