But, I believe we are innately wired for connection, and sometimes that wiring can get tangled along the way, resulting in resentment, anxiety, depression, and damaged relationships. Additionally, the challenges of maintaining a healthy work-life balance, experiencing feelings of inadequacy and limited emotional expression beyond anger and sadness, often lead to a disconnect from those we care about most. This becomes a source of frustration for us and our partners. We can work together to repair this.
I enjoy working with couples and individuals to improve their communication and connections. I offer the distinct ability to help partners better understand one another by bridging the communication gap, increasing empathy and restoring connection; ultimately helping clients get what they desire most from their relationships.
