I have been a licensed therapist for over 25 years. I have worked in both for-profit and nonprofit settings and have worked with a variety of different clients experiencing mental health issues. I am a strength-based therapist and believe that every individual is unique and brings their own story to therapy. Connection and understanding are at the heart of a good therapeutic relationship which I bring as an experienced clinician.
