Connecting With Ourselves and Others
Join us for a 10 week group (Feb 3 - April 6) designed to facilitate positive connections with ourselves and others! Sessions will focus on personal development and group support. Group members can expect to gain valuable insights about themselves while also experiencing the therapeutic benefits of connecting with others in a safe space. This group is great for people working on: personal development, anxiety, self-esteem, confidence, and communication.

Mind-Body Interventions for Greater Wellness
Monday Evenings 6:00-7:00 pm (Feb 3 - March 23) Join us! During this 8 week group, members will relieve stress, reduce anxiety, release tension, and increase overall wellness by focusing on mind-body interventions! Group members will learn about the mind-body connection and will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of mind-body interventions including mindful movements, gentle stretches, various forms of breathing, and more.
