I am a licensed professional counselor with six years of experience in various mental health settings including community mental health, substance abuse treatment centers, and multidisciplinary rehabilitation facilities. I am experienced and enjoy working with a wide variety of issues particularly, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain and injury, and life transitions.
My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Committment Therapy, and Solution Focused therapy to help provide my patients with practical and useful coping mechanisms to begin their journey to feeling better as soon as possible. I have extensive experience wite individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and chronic pain.
