I am a licensed clinical social worker and I tailor my approach to each individual persons needs and use a variety of modalities and theoretic approaches to best help you.
I enjoy clients who are willing to work, who are open to different theraputic modalities and who put their mental and emotional health high on their list of priorities. I am trained in Masterson technique by Masterson faculty and have extensive training in Divorce Mediation.
In my Winter Park and Lake Mary based practices, I provide individual, couple, and family counseling and specialize in grief/bereavement, anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. I also provide Divorce Mediation services separate from mental health services. I am able to do Skype sessions for those who travel or are out of state.
