Have you experienced sexual abuse, dissociation, an eating disorder, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, or similar issues? Therapy is a space where I can hold hope for you and be in your pain with you. My approach is warm, collaborative, creative, and trauma-sensitive. I want you to know nothing is “too much” or “too dark” to share, and you're safe here. I offer EMDR in addition to therapies such as Somatic, Parts Work, TF-CBT, Creative Art, and Sand Tray.
Like the Walk Whitman quote “I contain multitudes” says, we all have many parts of ourselves, each of which can be acknowledged and explored with compassion and curiosity. I'm here to provide a safe and nurturing environment where we can engage with your pain, laugh, cry, and foster healing.
Something unique I bring to clients is my lived experience with mental health struggles and the healing that eventually followed.
