I have a special interest in exploring and integrating the lasting impact of spiritual, kundalini, entheogen/psychedelic, and other extreme experiences that are frequently misdiagnosed as mental illness.

I offer a place to shine a light on and make peace with the scary and painful, or self-critical parts of your experience. I have a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I am national board certified. I trained in Emotion-Focused Therapy, a collaborative non-coercive modality. In sessions I work to hear, understand, and get you.

I received extensive yoga and meditation training and am allied with nondual, buddhist, shamanistic, and peer recovery frameworks.
