I wish to create a safe and therapeutic relationship where you can be known, seen, and heard. I am here to empower you to tap into your own abilities and strengths in order to create your new path. My ideal clients will have a desire to work with me on topics such as gender identity or expression, relationships, sexual orientation, sexual trauma or violence, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mood disorders. I work with individuals in an open, creative, and kind space.
I view the counseling process through a person-centered lens meaning I strive for authenticity, empathy, and acceptance in the counseling relationship. I am trauma informed and pull from attachment theory. I am LGBTQIA affirming, deeply familiar with non-monogamy and polyamory, kink/ bdsm friendly, and sex-work positive.
I offer support, connection, and restoration to people on their individual path towards healing. I am here to help, and I hope I can meet and support your own unique needs.
