I offer a focused biopsychosocial approach on each individual, couple or a family's presenting concern or desire for treatment. I place attention on medical as well as psychological concerns as I see them to be interconnected. I work with a systemic understanding of the individual. That is, I understand the individual to be a part of a system of relationships that includes family members, partners, colleagues, their social connections, culture and spiritual or faith-based practices. I studied meditation and mindfulness and apply them to my practice when applicable.
I hope to work with my clients to achieve our goals and meet my clients' needs. I hope to inspire and transmit confidence and strength for each client as we walk on the path of growth together.
I live and work in Grantham and I am currently not taking clients from Grantham. I will take clients from any of the surrounding areas.
