Welcome! Now is a great time to make some positive changes. My specialties include working with couples and individual adults. We focus on building healthy relationships, setting boundaries, managing anxiety, OCD, exploring family dynamics and boosting coping skills. I work with adult trauma, relational trauma, grief and challenging life seasons. With couples, we practice effective communication, build understanding, set realistic expectations, and pursue emotional safety. We address family of origin and other individual struggles, and (re) create a meaningful connection with each other. My worldview is Christian.
I am an empathic listener, and compassion forms the foundation of what I do. From there we determine goals and decide on a path together. I favor exploratory, insight driven therapy that uses the different approaches in a (relatively) unstructured way. We can schedule a free consultation chat to make sure you feel good about the therapy relationship.
I am available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons. I am happy to answer questions via email or let me know if you would like to talk by phone.
