I am a licensed clinical social worker in Washington, DC specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, adjustment disorders, and relationship problems. I have experience working with a diverse client population in college counseling and in Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization levels of care.
My approach is warm, direct, and client-driven. I incorporate aspects of cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, and mindfulness-based methods to help my clients gain insight into their problems and learn the strategies necessary to cope. I will help you set realistic and attainable goals so you can move your life in a positive direction.
