There are times in life, when stressors can become overwhelming, and a need for an outside perspective comes. I have experience working with clients with a variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, suicidal ideations, and relationship issues. I work collaboratively with clients to identify their needs and their ultimate goals. Together, we can identify strategies and solutions to cope and ultimately move into a more positive space.
I enjoy working with people of all ages, using both talk and play therapy techniques. I am able to work with both individuals, couples, and family. I have training in play therapy and Trauma Focused CBT. I believe that through building a strong therapeutic relationship, I can assist my clients in reaching their goals.
Currently, I am available to meet with clients either in person or via telehealth. I'm able to offer flexibility with my scheduling, with evening appointments being available.
