My sessions provide a safe space for you to talk through your feelings. As you explore, you will begin to develop insight and make connections. Learn about yourself, grow in self-compassionate, and recognize areas that could benefit from a change. Learn how childhood experiences manifest in adult relationships and the negative effects of people-pleasing.
Starting therapy can be difficult, especially if it's not the norm in your family or community. You have to do what's best for you to evolve from where you are to where you want to be.
