Lanee’ Towns is a Licensed Professional Counselor working with over a decade of clinical experience. She has a passion for advocating and helping individuals of all ages improve their overall well-being. Lanee’ has experience treating anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, adjustments, grief/loss, post-traumatic stress, anger issues, and depression. At an early age, Lanee’ volunteered and served in her community, working with individuals who are marginalized and disenfranchised, and has worked in settings such as public schools, hospitals, and non-profit agencies. She has written a book for young girls entitled In Case You Didn’t Know.
Lanee’ is a client-centered, trauma-focused therapist. She uses an array of modalities because everyone is unique and individually made. These include CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and mindfulness. Lanee’ strongly believes that a strong support system is very beneficial in helping clients meet goals.

She strives to show the love of Jesus to all those who are struggling and hurting by being kind and compassionate and equipping them with the tools they need.
