I work with teens and adults virtually in California, or in person in Los Angeles. Every day I meet people who feel stuck in their lives and behaviors yet struggle to take the necessary steps toward facing their challenges and meeting their potential. Whether you struggle with addiction, depression, anxiety, social factors, trauma, grief, childhood experience, ADHD/learning challenges, hopelessness, LGBTQ+, sexuality, and/or gender-related topics, I am here to help you clear the roadblocks between you and the best version of yourself.
My approach to therapy is integrated. I use CBT, DBT, Meaning-Based, Solution-Focused, Psychodynamic, Narrative, and Mindfulness. I am also an EMDR practitioner. For creators, I have an MFA and worked for many years as a creative professional in the entertainment industry. Artist or not, I believe creativity can be an asset in addressing life challenges.
I know how tough it can be to deal with addiction, depression, anxiety, or any form of suffering.
