Sometimes when we feel stuck, we know something needs to change, but we just don't know where to begin. As a therapist, I help clients know what changes they can make. I love seeing my clients begin to experience the life they desire. By utilizing the strengths clients possess and enacting strategic changes, the stage is set for clients to reach their goals.
I use a collaborative and and culturally sensitive approach to therapy with the goal of empowering clients to achieve positive change and lead fulfilling lives. I build trusting relationships with my clients on a meaningful level and help champion their needs on their behalf.
Every session gives clients the chance to explore the world of possibilities that is there for them as they lean into becoming the agent of change of their own lives.
