If you are looking for a therapist that can help you make the changes you desire, I believe I am the one for you. You want someone who can truly listen and understands the emotions and symptoms you are experiencing, but you also need someone to dive in with you to navigate a way through them. Whether you are looking for help in breaking free from your past, issues causing distress in the present, and/or future hopelessness concerns I can help. Through the use of CBT changing thoughts & behaviors that allow for having a happier emotional state, use of EMDR for bilateral stimulating processing, and nonjudgmental listening I will help.
Recognizing the uniqueness of each individual, I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs. I can work with most any diagnoses or populations; though, I mainly specialize with adults individually in trauma, anxiety, OCD, depression, anger management, and bipolar disorders. I see anyone ages 6-100+ and any gender, race, or culture are welcome.
I know it can feel like a big step to call a counselor, but we’ll make it easy. We’ll spend 15-minutes on the phone, and we’ll let you know how or if I can help. If I am not the right person, we’ll do our best to get you to the right person. I’m only available in Charlotte on Friday’s beginning September 6th, 2024.
