With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and expertise in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I work with clients to heal from past trauma and overcome anxiety-related challenges. By supporting you in the narrative of your experiences, we will identify areas of your life that still need to heal and replace old lifestyles.
