Counseling may explore the view of self/view of others, core beliefs, meaning making, and patterns of emotion as well as behavior. Therapeutic approaches I incorporate include person-centered, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Attachment Theory.
