Sometimes in life, things get hard and we don't always know how to navigate our struggles. We all have our "stuff", but we don't always know how to deal with it in an emotionally healthy manner. I'm here to help you navigate your emotional well-being in order to truly live, and not just exist.
I have 17 years of experience in the psychological field and 8 years of experience as a licensed therapist. I have engaged in individual, family, and group therapy. I also specialize in OCD and anxiety while using ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), experience with incarcerated individuals, and individuals with mild to persistent/severe mental disorders.
I often say that therapy is not just my profession, it is my way of life. I pride myself on building rapport with any client no matter who they are and what their circumstances.
