My goal is to help you learn how to separate yourself from the problems affecting you, allowing space to evaluate challenges objectively so you can start taking steps to reduce their impact on your life.
My approach to therapy is integrative and client centered. As your therapist, I will follow your lead and stay with you in your experience while remaining non-judgmental and accepting of where you are. Together we will explore any possible negative thoughts, their impact on you and learn how to replace them with thoughts that are more helpful.
I strive to provide a friendly environment where clients feel relaxed enough to let their walls down and engage in honest conversation. I place great value on building a strong therapeutic relationship with each client and and often revisit the integrity of this connection.
