With five years of experience in relational issues, anxiety, depression, family dynamics, trauma history, and more, I take a client centered approach to best address and treat presenting problems. While some patients come to treatment with specific concerns, others come for a safe place to share or promote emotional growth.
In life, all people deserve to feel comfortable and a sense of belonging, sessions with me will be no different. I feel strongly about creating an environment free of judgement or restraint.
