This sucks. Everything is so expensive. Things are moving so fast, I can't keep up. I don't get it. When I look at social media everyone has it all together, but I'm drowning. What's wrong with me? Have you seen the world? I'm so scared. I'm trying hard to keep it together but it feels like society standards, my past, life stressors and other uncontrollable factors have the upper hand.
