We are an adherent DBT program that is designed to help you learn ways reduce your self harm and suicidal urges. You will learn skills to find relief from intolerable emotions and you will become better able to regulate your emotions. In the program you will receive 24/7 phone coaching from your therapist when you become dysregulated and need assistance during the week regulating your emotions, or if you are experiencing a crisis urge. Our goal is to keep you out of a hospital setting and help you find solutions for your problems so you can begin to live the life that you want.
You will learn ways to regulate your emotions, mindfulness skills, how to tolerate your emotions, and will learn how to deal with conflict with others. You will learn how to maintain your self respect, while improving relationships and learning how to ask for what you need.

DBT Skills Group
These are DBT groups that are based around the 4 modules of DBT. In these groups you will learn how to regulate emotions, tolerate distressing events, learn mindfulness skills and interpersonal effectiveness skills. We also offer a parenting group where parents can learn ways to deal with conflict with their teens.
