Therapy is approached in a patient, calm and direct manner. Focus will be based on interventions and solution focused approaches.
I specialize in working with individuals impacted by high levels of trauma and stress. My experience allows me the opportunity to be open minded, creative and strength based. I work in alliance with my clients as they discover and replenish healing parts of themselves.
