Achieving self-love and self-worth and improving personal relationships within one’s self and with others can help clients live a healthier lifestyle. I'm passionate about therapy because I believe that having healthy mental health provides us with the tools to succeed in life. I'm pursuing my doctoral degree in clinical psychology; I'm under supervision from Dr. Robin Potter. I offer a sliding scale.
When clients work with me I combine multiple forms of therapy to tailor to their specific needs, which include emotion focused therapy, solution-focused therapy, and CBT. With a combination of these types of therapy- clients will be able to come to realizations on how to improve their mental health while actively working to see results.
