In our lives, the journey we travel each day can be quite overwhelming, terrifying, feeling isolated, or too difficult to carry. I specialize in individuals who are enduring mental, emotional, and relational distress. My goal is to create a sanctuary for my clients to explore what is needed for themselves to work towards wellness. It is a privilege that I do not take lightly the importance of doing no harm and creating a safe and protected space for my clients.
My approach comes from a place of empathy and compassion, understanding that every one of us are different.
