I have over 20 years of experience working with children, adults, and families, specializing in the areas of anxiety, adjustment, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. I utilize an eclectic mix of Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused therapy from a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach. As a Registered Play Therapist, I offer play therapy with a CBT focus to children ages 3 years and up. I am a Texas State Board of Social Work Examiners approved supervisor since 2011, and I provide professional, clinical supervision to LMSWs seeking to obtain an LCSW.
