I treat individuals ages 14+ with a variety of goals and mental health struggles. I am particularly helpful to people working to create healthier relationships with anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, boundary setting, conflict, or recent traumas; but I have had success helping clients with other goal areas. . I connect especially well with young professionals and college students. I am passionate about treating people who are committed to improving their life and looking for an intentional partner in their progress.
