My goal is to help my clients identify and restructure their thinking patterns to improve their overall well-being. Using CBT and REBT, we can quickly discover the roots of anxiety and depression, but then take time to correct distorted thought patterns and beliefs. I also am able to help with trauma, loss, adjustments, addictions, and faith crisis.
With a background in both mental health and Christian counseling, I have a unique understanding of the intersection of spiritual struggles and mental health concerns. While I am able to provide faith-based counseling, I have also worked with people of all faiths and beliefs in the secular setting if that is your preference.
