Hi, I’m Lacey! I work with clients 14 years and up with a focus on anxiety, depression, grief, low self-worth, problems with boundary setting, perfectionism, people pleasing, trauma, and substance abuse. I work with families and couples who are experiencing communication breakdowns and relational issues.
I help clients reconnect with who they are and to rediscover their worth. We don't often question our thinking or what we tell ourselves even though it may not be true and is the source of our pain and discomfort. I will help you expand the way you think so that you can see for yourself that you are more than you think and to see other possibilities.
