**Not Taking New Clients at this time**I work with adult individuals who are facing moments of psychological crisis as they seek a path to a healthier life. Our first session would be to introduce ourselves and identify what you want to work-on in therapy. Finding one's way through life's questions, challenges, transitions, and developmental stages is daunting. As a Jungian oriented psychotherapist, I believe that humans are predisposed to make their individual mark in the world. I will accompany you on your journey to achieving affective catharsis of a problem, gain insight into it, and learn new ways of coping/solving the problem.
These problems may be experienced as depression, anxiety, relationship issues or somatic complaints. Healing, growth and living an authentic life are dependent on understanding and integrating our life experiences. I will support and encourage you to value yourself to make changes in how you interact with the world around you.
I offer a supportive compassionate environment and hopeful attitude to assist individuals in discovering their intrinsic value and the joy that is possible in daily activities.
