In today's world, there has been a growing trend of being more focused on perfection, often to the point of harsh self-criticism. We are expected to say yes to every request all while feeling overburdened and without a voice. As a result, we get so caught up in our lives that we forget, or have never learned how to set healthy boundaries which can result in the lowering of our self-worth. My focus is working with clients ages 12 to adult struggling with issues such as burnout in our personal and professional life, difficulty with communication skills, and practicing self compassion.
