I enjoy working with clients in a variety of formats,including individually,couples,families and children. I am trained in EMDR and play therapy. Most recently I have been trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). ART uses imagery rescripting and memory reconsolidation to alter negative emotions and sensations associated with pain or trauma,in as few as 1-5 sessions. I have experience helping clients with a variety of issues such as depression,anxiety,marriage,self-esteem and divorce.

I work with those suffering from alcoholism and addiction, codependent relationships, and those seeking spirituality. The goal is to be free from that addictive relationship and form new healthy relationships. Professional literature demonstrates most successful results in treating addiction/alcoholism comes from working in groups with other alcoholics/addicts. However, many struggle with anxiety in group settings and need individual attention before feeling comfortable in a group. I can help.
