Applied Behavior Analysis is a therapy based on the science of learning and behavior. It helps us understand how behavior works, how it affects the environment, and how learning occurs. ABA is an intervention that works across all ages and disciplines. My passion for ABA comes from seeing its success with my child, now an adult with autism. He is my purpose in this journey. As a counselor and “feelings expert,” I create a safe space for your child to explore emotions. I use play, art and activity-based approaches to help your child talk and play through their uncomfortable feelings. I love to sit on the floor, draw, build and have fun with children to help them open up to me. For your older children, I use activity-based therapy and talk therapy in session.
