I am a licensed professional counselor with over 20 years’ experience. As a therapist, it is my priority to create a therapeutic atmosphere that promotes growth and positive changes. I am trained in EMDR and hypnotherapy. I think that to truly understand what a person is having difficulties with; it is important to study a person’s overall lifestyle. This has led me on my current journey to studying holistic therapy. Because each person is in control of their therapy sessions, I utilize a person-centered approach. I truly believe that therapy is a process that can move you toward being the healthiest version of yourself!
