I believe in an integrative and holistic approach to therapy, addressing your unique needs and experiences. I will work in collaboration with you to help accomplish your goals. I am most able to assist you with managing unresolved trauma, anger, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. In addition to a holistic perspective, I am a solution-focused and trauma informed therapist. I am trained to use EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), as well as other modalities.
