I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) whom earned my Bachelor's degree from the University of New Orleans and my Master's degree from Southeastern Louisiana University. I am also a National Certified Counselor and a member of the Louisiana Counseling Association (LCA) and the American Counseling Association (ACA). I have honed my skills in counseling in a wide variety of areas such as individual counseling, marriage and family counseling, couples counseling, PTSD counseling, substance abuse counseling, and group counseling.

With twenty years of experience as a clinical therapist I am able to offer my clients support on a broad range of mental health needs. I have over 20 years of experience working in the field of trauma, addiction recovery, attachment issues and other life stressors. I draw on a variety of evidenced based therapeutic interventions, and incorporate somatic/body-based experiences to help people identify, release, and heal from trauma. I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Louisiana State University, completed my Master's of Social Work from Tulane University, and obtained my licensure in 2004. I am experienced and trained as an Approved Clinical Supervisor to both LCSWA and LPCA interns.

I have over 30 years experience in the mental health field. My specialties include treating Depression, Anxiety, and Grief. I work with adults using CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy. My practice focuses on personal growth issues and supportive therapy. I also focus on teaching and/or reinforcing coping skills.
