I assist clients looking to grow as an individual or within a relationship as a couple, in learning more about themselves and the patterns of behaviors that have caused them to feel stuck, lost, or alone. I work with couples and individuals to gain insight into these issues, to restore what feels lost, or build what has always been missing.

Dr Khan is NO Longer accepting outpatients for medication management, EXCEPT for patients who are requiring Intensive Outpatient level of care at Elemental Health, the new HIGH functioning program located off Goodwood Blvd, here in Baton Rouge. Dr Khan has always been a proponent of Therapy PLUS Medication as the best treatment option, and so he founded this level of service for patients who have not had success with other levels of care.

My practice offers individual, family, and couples therapy to adult and young adult clients. I treat a variety of presenting issues including couples/marriage concerns, infidelity, trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, addictive disorders, life and role transitions, parenting, and grief/loss. This is a safe, nonjudgmental, and inclusive space for clients of all racial, ethnic, cultural, religious, sexual, and economic backgrounds. Regina Moore has been a licensed mental/behavioral health therapist for ten years; however, she has over 20 years of experience working with individuals, families, and groups as a helping professional. She has worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting concerns, childhood trauma, physical and emotional abuse, and ADHD. She has also helped clients who experienced flashbacks of emotional trauma from human trafficking.

Helping and problem solving are my passion. I became a Social Worker so I could do just that. My goal is to work with my clients as a team so together we can tackle whatever issues they want to work on. I specialize in anxiety disorders, adolescents and young adults, working with parents and children on behavioral problems, ADHD, family communication issues, depression, and more.
