I have over 18 years of experience working with children, adults, couples and families. I specialize in helping individuals with a variety of issues such as self-esteem, depression, anxiety, pre-marital counseling, marriage/couples counseling, grief, family conflict, trauma and stress management. I work from a strengths-based perspective.
Self-care is key. My goal is not to push you towards change but to collaborate with you and strengthen your motivation to change. Achieving change is hard and you have already taken the first step.
